1xbad Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, certain words and phrases carry specific meanings. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret the rest of this document correctly.

"1xbad" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and gaming services accessible at 1xbad.click and any associated mobile interfaces.

"Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on 1xbad and uses the platform's services.

"Account" means the personal account held by a registered player on 1xbad, containing their balance, betting history, bonus status and personal information.

"Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's 1xbad account at any given time, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

"Bonus Funds" means promotional credits added to an account as part of a 1xbad promotion. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

"Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must bet before bonus funds or bonus winnings can be converted into withdrawable real-money balance.

"Settlement" means the process by which 1xbad calculates and pays out winnings after a sporting event or game round concludes.

"PKR" means Pakistani Rupees — the only currency in which transactions on 1xbad are conducted.

To register and maintain an account on 1xbad, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1xbad does not permit any person under 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of 1xbad or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not have a current self-exclusion order active on 1xbad or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All bets must be placed for your own personal account only.

By using 1xbad, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated in this section. If at any point you cease to meet these requirements, you are obligated to immediately stop using the platform and notify our support team.

Creating an account on 1xbad is free and takes approximately two minutes. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name, date of birth, email address and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on 1xbad. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or different payment methods — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including real-money funds.

1xbad may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of the payment method used. Verification is required before any withdrawal exceeding Rs 50,000 can be processed. Accounts that fail to complete verification when requested will have withdrawal functionality suspended until documents are received.

Account usernames, once set, cannot be changed. The registered mobile number and email address can be updated through account settings subject to re-verification.

All financial transactions on 1xbad are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1xbad does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported payment methods.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Easypaisa (instant deposit and withdrawal)
• JazzCash (instant deposit and withdrawal)
• NayaPay (instant deposit and withdrawal)
• SadaPay (instant deposit and withdrawal)
• Bank transfer via IBFT (typically processes within 30 minutes)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards (subject to bank approval)

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case the player may request an alternative after contacting support. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the security of all players' funds.

Deposited funds that have not been used to place any bets within 12 months of the most recent account activity may be subject to an inactivity processing fee of Rs 500 per month. Players will be notified by email 30 days before any such fee is applied and may prevent it by placing a single bet or logging into their account.

All bets placed on 1xbad are governed by the specific rules of the sport or game in question, which are published in the help section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all markets.

• The minimum stake for a single sports bet is Rs 100. The minimum stake for an accumulator is Rs 100 regardless of the number of legs.
• Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed on each market before you place a bet.
• Bets are confirmed only once you have received a bet confirmation notification. Any bet for which a confirmation is not received has not been registered in the system.
• Odds shown at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• 1xbad settles bets using official results from the relevant governing body or recognised data provider. In cases where official results are disputed, settlement may be delayed until the dispute is resolved officially.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, 1xbad reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.

Live in-play betting markets at 1xbad update continuously and may be temporarily suspended during key moments such as wickets, goals or equipment issues. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and the stake returned to the player's account.

1xbad runs a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and accumulator boosts. Each promotion has its own specific terms, but all promotions are subject to the following general rules in addition to their individual terms.

• All bonuses are available to eligible players aged 18 and over who have a fully registered 1xbad account.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit and can only be claimed once per player, household, IP address and device.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement before bonus funds or bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of their validity period and are removed from the account automatically.
• 1xbad reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already activated a promotion will not be disadvantaged by changes made after activation.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

Any bet placed using a combination of real-money balance and bonus funds will draw from real-money balance first unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to real money without meeting the stated wagering requirements.

1xbad is operated as a fair platform for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action where applicable.

• Opening more than one account on 1xbad, regardless of the name or payment method used.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated system to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit markets.
• Match fixing, insider betting or placing bets on events where you have non-public information that gives you an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using 1xbad as a mechanism to move or conceal funds of any kind.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, glitches or mispricings in a coordinated or systematic way.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or at any other point.
• Accessing the platform through VPN, proxy or any other method designed to conceal your true location if your true location would make you ineligible to use the platform.
• Sharing your account with any other person or allowing any other person to place bets through your account.

1xbad employs fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual betting patterns. Accounts flagged by these systems may have withdrawals placed on hold while an investigation is carried out. 1xbad will notify the account holder of any investigation and provide an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made.

1xbad takes its obligations around responsible gaming seriously. Betting and gaming should be entertaining — if it stops being entertaining and starts causing financial or personal stress, it has become a problem that deserves attention, not shame.

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and changes to increase a limit take 24 hours to come into effect.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which the platform will automatically log you out.
• Reality Checks: Receive regular notifications showing how long you have been logged in and your net win/loss position during that session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 1xbad. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

By registering on 1xbad, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We collect information you provide during registration and identity verification, information about your transactions and bets, and technical information about your device and session.
• We use this information to operate your account, process transactions, comply with anti-money laundering obligations and provide customer support.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory authorities where required by law.

1xbad operates the platform with the goal of providing a consistently reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. The following limitations apply to 1xbad's liability to players.

• 1xbad is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet outages or third-party service interruptions that occur outside of our reasonable control, provided that all settled bets and confirmed withdrawals will be honoured.
• 1xbad is not liable for any consequential, indirect or special losses. Our maximum liability in any individual dispute is limited to the amount of the stake involved in that specific bet.
• 1xbad does not guarantee the accuracy of sports data, statistics or third-party information displayed on the platform. These are provided for information purposes and do not constitute betting advice.

1xbad reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or match fixing.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Discovery that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in Section 2.
• Abuse of promotional offers or any behaviour that undermines the fairness of the platform for other players.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected policy breach, 1xbad will notify the account holder within 24 hours and provide an opportunity to respond. Suspensions during active investigations do not constitute a permanent ban unless a violation is confirmed following review.

If an account is permanently closed by 1xbad following a confirmed breach, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days, minus any amounts tied to voided or forfeited transactions.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@1xbad.click. Voluntary closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

1xbad may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law or operational requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify all registered players via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 1xbad platform after the effective date of any updated Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you may close your account before the effective date without penalty.

Non-material updates — such as corrections to typos, clarifications of existing language or additions of new payment methods — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent change was made.

1xbad will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter through the licensing authority's dispute resolution process, details of which are available on request from our support team.
