Registering on 1xbad takes under two minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, date of birth and province, then create a password. You will receive a 6-digit SMS verification code within 30 seconds — enter it and your account is immediately active. You can then deposit and start betting straight away. The minimum deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is Rs 500.

The minimum age to register and bet on 1xbad is 18 years. This is a hard requirement — accounts registered with a false date of birth are permanently suspended when identified and any balance in the account is forfeited. Age is verified during registration and confirmed again before the first withdrawal is processed.

Operating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and results in permanent suspension of all associated accounts, with balances forfeited. Log in to your 1xbad account and go to Account Settings. Select the Contact Details section and enter your new mobile number or email address. A verification code is sent to the new contact to confirm the change — enter it and the update takes effect immediately. Always update your contact details before switching SIM cards to avoid being locked out of your account.

Basic CNIC identity verification is required once — before your first withdrawal is processed. You will need to confirm your CNIC number and may be asked to upload a photo of your CNIC card. This one-time process takes under 10 minutes and once completed, all future withdrawals process automatically without any additional documentation. 1xbad uses your CNIC information solely for identity verification and does not share it with third parties.

Contact support@1xbad.click or use live chat and request permanent account closure. Before closure, any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds are forfeited on closure. If you are closing your account because of concerns about your gambling habits, please consider self-exclusion instead — it achieves the same protective outcome and can be reversed after the exclusion period, whereas permanent closure is final.
Deposits & Payments

1xbad accepts six deposit methods, all processed in PKR with no fees charged by the platform: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Easypaisa and JazzCash are the fastest options — deposits typically appear in your 1xbad balance within three minutes. Bank IBFT transfers take 15 to 30 minutes depending on your bank.

The minimum deposit on 1xbad is Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. The minimum for bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard is Rs 500. To trigger the welcome bonus on your first deposit, you need to deposit at least Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 1xbad — your account can hold any PKR balance.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits usually arrive within 3 minutes. If it has been more than 10 minutes, first check that the transaction completed successfully on your mobile wallet — if it shows as successful, take a screenshot of the confirmation. Then contact 1xbad support via live chat or email support@1xbad.click and share the transaction reference number. The support team will locate and manually credit your deposit, typically within 30 minutes of raising the issue.

1xbad does not charge any fees on deposits. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account — no currency conversion, no processing fee, no admin charge. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees depending on your account type, but 1xbad has no control over and does not receive any portion of those fees. All 1xbad accounts operate entirely in PKR.

There is no platform-wide maximum deposit limit set by 1xbad. However, if you have set a personal deposit limit through your Responsible Gaming settings, that limit applies to all deposits until you change it. Personal deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take 48 hours to come into effect as a protective cooling-off measure. You can manage your deposit limits from Account Settings at any time.
Withdrawals

Log in to your 1xbad account and go to the Wallet section. Select Withdraw, choose your preferred payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or bank IBFT), enter the amount in PKR and confirm. For your first withdrawal, CNIC verification is required as a one-time step. After verification is complete, all future withdrawals process automatically within the normal processing time for the chosen method.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for verified accounts typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals take 15 to 30 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers arrive within 1 to 4 hours depending on your bank's processing times. All withdrawal requests submitted before midnight are processed the same calendar day. Withdrawals are processed 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays.

The minimum withdrawal from 1xbad is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. The minimum for bank IBFT is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal amount for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be processed in multiple tranches depending on payment processor limits on any given day. The most common reasons a 1xbad withdrawal is rejected or delayed are: identity verification not yet completed, active wagering requirement on bonus funds that must be cleared first, the requested amount exceeds available real-money balance (bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met), or the payment details entered do not match your registered account. Check your account notifications for a specific reason and contact support@1xbad.click if the reason is not clear — the team will diagnose the issue and resolve it the same day.

Bonus funds in your 1xbad account are not directly withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been met. Once you have completed the wagering requirement — visible as a progress bar in your Promotions tab — any remaining bonus balance converts to real-money funds and is fully withdrawable. Your real-money balance is always withdrawable at any time, regardless of bonus status. Bonus and real-money balances are displayed separately in your wallet so you always know which is which.
Bonuses & Promotions

The 1xbad welcome bonus matches your first deposit 100%, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. So if you deposit Rs 10,000, you receive Rs 10,000 in bonus funds giving you Rs 20,000 total to bet with. The bonus is credited automatically — you do not need a promo code. The minimum deposit to trigger the bonus is Rs 500. Full wagering requirements and terms are on the Promotions page.

Wagering requirements specify how many times you need to bet the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly on the Promotions page before you claim. Your progress toward completing the wagering requirement is displayed as a percentage bar in your account's Promotions tab. Only bets placed with real-money funds count toward wagering — bonus funds do not count toward their own wagering requirement.

If you have a promotional code for 1xbad, enter it in the "Promo Code" field on the registration form when creating your account, or in the deposit form when making a deposit. The field is optional — you do not need a code to claim the standard welcome bonus, which is triggered automatically by your first deposit. Promo codes typically unlock enhanced bonus amounts or special offers beyond the standard welcome bonus terms.

After completing the welcome bonus, 1xbad players have access to regular reload deposit bonuses, cashback on losses during specific periods (typically PSL season and major international cricket tournaments), free bet offers on selected football and cricket markets, and exclusive VIP programme benefits for high-volume players. Yes. 1xbad offers a cash out feature on selected in-play and pre-match bets. When cash out is available on an active bet, a "Cash Out" button appears next to the bet in your bet history with the current available amount displayed. The cash out value fluctuates in real time based on live match conditions. Cash out is your choice — if you do not action it, the bet settles normally at the final result. Not all markets and events are eligible for cash out; availability is shown on each individual bet.

Aviator is a crash game where a multiplier climbs from 1x upward with each round. You place your PKR bet before the round starts, and then you choose when to cash out while the plane is flying — the longer you wait, the higher your potential return. If you do not cash out before the plane flies away (the crash point), you lose your stake. The crash point is randomly determined each round using a provably fair algorithm. You can run two simultaneous bets per round with different cash-out strategies.

The minimum single bet on 1xbad sportsbook markets is Rs 50. For Aviator and most casino games, the minimum bet starts from Rs 10 per round. Jackpot slot machines have varying minimum bets — typically Rs 10 to Rs 50 per spin depending on the title. The maximum bet per selection varies by market and event size; high-limit markets are available for major cricket and football events. Check the specific market for its maximum limit before placing.

Live in-play betting on 1xbad lets you place bets on events that are already underway. For cricket, markets like next wicket, runs in the current over, total runs at end of innings and match winner update ball by ball. For football, markets like next goal, half-time result and total corners update continuously. Odds move quickly during in-play so act fast when you see a value opportunity. In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for live data processing — this is displayed as a few seconds' confirmation time.
Security & Privacy

Yes. 1xbad uses AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit — the same standards used by Pakistani banks for internet banking. Your password is stored as a bcrypt hash — 1xbad staff cannot see your actual password. Log in and go to Account Settings → Security. Toggle on "SMS Two-Factor Authentication" and confirm your registered Pakistani mobile number. From the next login, after entering your password you will be asked for a 6-digit SMS code sent to your phone. The code expires after 3 minutes. 2FA is strongly recommended — even if someone else knows your password, they cannot access your account without your physical phone.

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your registered mobile number or email. A reset link is sent within 60 seconds. Click the link, enter a new password and you are back in. If you do not receive the reset link, check your spam folder or contact 24/7 live chat support. If your account has been locked after multiple failed login attempts, the unlock email is sent automatically — click it to restore access and then log in with correct credentials.

Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion permanently blocks your 1xbad account for a minimum of six months. Once activated, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period — even if you contact support and request it. Your real-money balance is returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of activation. All marketing communications from 1xbad are stopped immediately. After the full exclusion period, you may contact support to request reinstatement, which involves a 7-day cooling-off confirmation period.

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming and select "Cooling-Off Period". Choose 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. The suspension activates within 60 seconds — during this time you cannot log in, deposit or bet. Your balance is held safely and is accessible when the period ends. You can activate a cooling-off at any time including immediately after a losing session, which is often when it is most useful. Cooling-off periods cannot be cancelled once activated.
Technical Issues

First, check your internet connection and try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache and cookies and try again. If you are using a VPN, try disabling it as some VPN servers can cause connection issues with 1xbad. If your connection drops during a live bet, the bet remains active on 1xbad's servers and settles according to the actual match or game result — regardless of whether you were connected when it settled. Log back in and check your bet history to see the outcome. For Aviator specifically, if you disconnect after a round starts, the game will auto cash-out at a pre-set amount if you have enabled auto cash-out, or the bet settles at the crash point if you were still flying when connection dropped.
